W S Stabback purchased the Phoenix Soda Water and Cordial Factory.from Josiah Parker, in 1871. It was located in the the lane off Anson Street, just before March Street. The lane is now named Stibbards Lane, raising the question of whether that is a mistake, and Stabbacks Lane was intended.
