Banjo Paterson Festival

During the 1990’s Orange’s favourite son, Banjo Paterson, gave his name to a Festival which started on 17 February each year, the anniversary of Banjo’s birth. The Banjo Paterson Writing Awards, continue to this day and are administered by Orange City Library.
